I've been shopping around for a heavier duty dump trailer for awhile now. I've been looking for nice used ones and fairly priced used ones. I had a good friend who showed me a trailer that he purchased new that was incredibly well made and I couldn't believe the price. It was way below everything I had even considered yet was very well built with a full scissor lift for the dump bed. I saw pictures of my friends trailer but I had to go see it in person and when I saw it I couldn't believe how well built it was for the price he paid for it.I had to get his guys number so I could see if he could find me a trailer built like that for an amazing price.That guy was Diego at East Bay Trailer and guess what? I called him and he got right back to me with pictures and details and answered all my questions and gave me the specs for a couple of trailers that would work for me. The price was $1000s of dollars below any new trailers that I had looked at and the build quality was actually even better than others that I had looked at. I purchased the trailer over the phone after going through the details with Diego. Four days later Diego delivered it to me about 2 hours each way from his lot for a very fair price. He showed up exactly on time when he said he would and had all of the paperwork dialed and ready for me to sign. This was nothing but a great deal all around. If you need a trailer call Diego at East Bay Trailers and he will find you what you are looking for and will make you a great deal and will follow it up with amazing customer service. Just a great experience all around. If I need another trailer at some point in the future I know exactly where I'm going. Amazing selection and Amazing prices and Amazing customer service. Go get yourself a trailer from these guys. It's a no brainer.

My trailer needed service and I reached out to East Bay Trailers for a quote. I quickly received a text message from Diego, who was on his day off. The quote was more than reasonable. Diego was extremely easy to work with and was able to get my trailer in for service the next business day. I will be reaching out to East Bay Trailers for future trailer needs.

In an attempt to have a Haulmark Grizzley HD 14K cargo trail built, I called and emailed three vendors for a quote. Even after second calls and emails, still no reply from any of the three. These were all authorized Haulmark Dealers.I learned of East Bay Trailers and cold called Diego, told him what my specification was and he stated he would get me a quote that day. He called me back after contacting the manufacturer the same day, answered all my questions and gave me a quote.Every time I called or texted him after the quote he immediately responded. I will never call anyone else.Bani
