In an attempt to have a Haulmark Grizzley HD 14K cargo trail built, I called and emailed three vendors for a quote. Even after second calls and emails, still no reply from any of the three. These were all authorized Haulmark Dealers.I learned of East Bay Trailers and cold called Diego, told him what my specification was and he stated he would get me a quote that day. He called me back after contacting the manufacturer the same day, answered all my questions and gave me a quote.Every time I called or texted him after the quote he immediately responded. I will never call anyone else.Bani

Diego the GM there is very knowledgeable about what he sales . Great communication and very easy to work with. I’m definitely coming back for my future trailer purchases. They have an amazing selection of heavy duty trailers that you can’t find in the Monterey Bay Area so it’s definitely worth the drive to the Tracy location. I almost drove to Reno for the same trailer but he was able to match the price making it easier to get the deck over tilt trailer I wanted . They have a very clean lot and office with a weird wood statue out front lol 😂 can’t wait to come back for my next trailer. God willing soon. Thank you for helping me grow my Trailer rental Business. 🤙🏽

The Go To Spot For Trailers!!!!I needed a trailer for my side by side and I called a few places and they either didn’t have what I needed or were not open on Saturday. I called East Bay Trailers and told Diego what I needed and he said he had it in stock come on over to Preston way in Livermore and he met me there. He showed me a few different options and gave some recommendations to make things easy. I didn’t have a 2-5/16” hitch so he loaned me his. The whole process was very quick, I was in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend East Bay Trailers.

When it comes to trailer shopping, East Bay Trailers is the place to go. Whether it's for personal or business use, they have you covered.I recently purchased a trailer for my business and was thoroughly impressed. The financing process was a breeze, and I was in and out in less than two hours. A special shout-out to Diego for his amazing customer service.I'll definitely be back for more trailers and accessories!

Don’t let the “small” lot or office trailer fool you, these folks are worth working with. Purchased a 2011 GMC Sierra 2500 from them at a good price. You have to bring your own financing to purchase their vehicles (they have financing for trailers), but they were very helpful during that process. I am working out of state, which makes buying a new vehicle difficult, but they worked with me and made it manageable. I appreciated their salesman’s approach, and that he gave me space when inspecting the vehicle. Felt low pressure. The lady in the office was very kind and knowledgeable. Would buy with them again. Can definitely recommend!

I bought a 2024 Alcom 14' High Country from Diego. Also traded in my 2003 Wells Cargo 16'. He was a total professional and great to work with. A super efficient process. Good selection of what I was looking for. Highly recommend!
